Dear Sir My KNO[protected] and i am staying in f-64 vishwas park, rajapur, uttam Nagar, Delhi from last 9 months. I am consuming 500 ltr water tank for 5 day, means i am consumed only 3000 ltr of water in one month, but my bill is not coming according to consuming water. I have paid Rs 1230 in the month of october 2014 and after october 2015 just receive a bill of Rs 1860, Which is very high. Please check my water metre and correct my water bill. If my water metre is not correct please replace it as soon. Regards

      water bill reading not done

      My New K.No. is [protected]. My new water meter has been installed a few months back. But inspite of the new water meter being installed no reading is done till date and I am still receiving water bill with Meter Status as /MREV. This is highly regretable on part of DJB. Request to take my water meter reading on regular basis and issue me water bill on actual water meter reading....

        Sir, I am staying in L-70A Saket on rent basis."Maliviya Nagar Water Services, Saket is working on behalf of "Delhi Jal Board" in my area and involved in all activities of billing, meter replacement and handling water related issues etc.In past no body was available at my house for almost 3 months and still i was asked to submit bill of the amount approx.Rs 1000/- when i had asked the reason from the concerned authorities, i was told that since my meter is not working so they charged on average consumption basis.Immediately, i requested for change of meter and my meter got replaced in the month of August, 2014.From August onwards the meter is showing obnoxious figures of water consumption despite knowing the fact that we couple are only staying in the residential premises having the storage tank of only 250 litres. It is very hard to digest my last three months bill, which came around Rs 9000/- and meter showed the consumption of 219 cubic meters, which i believe not possible from the perspective of two persons who are working on 5 days basis.Whn complained about the meter, first i was charged Rs 150 for registering the complaint and secondly representative visited in my absence and declared meter ok.This is a very serious issue which needs to be resolved as meter used in this process is not properly calibrated or issues are there related within the billing dep't.Kindly advice

              I am from KG-3 Vikaspuri, the water you provided today smells like sewage water, we can not use it even for toilet purpose. You boast your self like you are providing mineral water and ask us to not to use a ground water. The water condition is pathetic so rectify this problem as soon as posible because you always send this kind of water 3-4 times in a month. This will cause severe diseases in our society. So please improve your Water Quality.

[protected], We are depositing the payment of the above bill no UNDER PROTEST FOR THE AMT OF RS 17467 Without surcharge waiver scheme .Thru cheque no 447127date (23/3/2015) But we are forced to deposit this amount as we feel this amount is on a higher side as per our usage, Ref to the detail of the deposited by us as under[protected]

                    Respected sir, I am a resident of jawahar nagar, delhi -7 A few days back a person from delhi jal board came to take the readings so as alway i went up to the door and he then did what he was here for but meanwhile that guy didnt even check the readings properly and just by his own mind he wrote a certain reading...and also he said the meter of water was dusty...but sir let me tell u he didnt record the right readings and also if the meter is dusty the how did he record the readings...this guy should be chucked out and also do tc of my bill...

                                Dear Sir During the current month visit on 6th marhc 2015, meter reader note the meter reading 225 for Meter ( K No ) [protected] and last reading on 13th Dec of 2014, its was 201. So that the biliing should be of 24 reading instead of 54 reading. Request to you please correct the billing and provide the corrected invoices because till date my reading is not 255 ( 201+ 54 Units) Thanks Amit K Aggarwal [protected]

                                    Please note our subject complaints registered on 13/03 are already past 7 days. The quality of initial water coming for first 10-15 minutes is still same. Please look at the pictures of black water; want to understand : 1. Why DJB people have casually updated records stating water supply is fine, without consulting us (the Sheikh Sarai Phase-1 residents who've actually lodged the complaints) ? 2. Why is there no effort to visit the site (MIG Flats) at the correct time between 06:05-06:15 PM or 06:20-06:30 AM when the initial bad water is actually coming from the taps; and at other times few visits were done by multiple people asking us and our neighbours to show evidence or to store bad water. 3. And when we've stored that stinking water why has no one come in last 5 days ? 4. We've to flush off the bad water for first 20-25 mins till the quality somewhat improves, this is leading to huge water wastage and inflating our water bills to 2-2.5 times; with the 10% hike in papers last week we'll just end up paying even more. Are we responsible for paying for this water which is not consumable ? We've already written 2 times at watercare.mnws.online.com. On Saturday we also visited DJB, Saket Revenue Office with water sample and the officials there as well agreed looking at the sample that the water was not worth moping house floors with, let alone bathing or drinking... Today and Saturday we've also emailed at your CEO's Id : watercare.mnws.online.com Still no action or even response ? It is absolutely wrong on part of DJB to ignore something as basic as people's rights to clean hygienic water supply when we pay all our bills before time.
