Sir, I am staying in L-70A Saket on rent basis."Maliviya Nagar Water Services, Saket is working on behalf of "Delhi Jal Board" in my area and involved in all activities of billing, meter replacement and handling water related issues etc.In past no body was available at my house for almost 3 months and still i was asked to submit bill of the amount approx.Rs 1000/- when i had asked the reason from the concerned authorities, i was told that since my meter is not working so they charged on average consumption basis.Immediately, i requested for change of meter and my meter got replaced in the month of August, 2014.From August onwards the meter is showing obnoxious figures of water consumption despite knowing the fact that we couple are only staying in the residential premises having the storage tank of only 250 litres. It is very hard to digest my last three months bill, which came around Rs 9000/- and meter showed the consumption of 219 cubic meters, which i believe not possible from the perspective of two persons who are working on 5 days basis.Whn complained about the meter, first i was charged Rs 150 for registering the complaint and secondly representative visited in my absence and declared meter ok.This is a very serious issue which needs to be resolved as meter used in this process is not properly calibrated or issues are there related within the billing dep't.Kindly advice

I want to deposit my water bill online but I do not see the "K" no. on my water bill. Following are my water connection details:

Kindly help me knowing my water bill "K" number.

Delhi Jal Board use to send this type of water.

This is real image of delhi jal board. u r providing 20kl free water, this does not mean that u will provide these kind of water. it will take us 10 step back.

Dirty water with Smell like Sewage Water I am resident of WZ-24B om vihar phase-4 uttam nagar, New delhi-110059. We are getting dirty/contaminated/sewer water from the water pipeline since last 1(one) months..I would request you to please take immediate remedial action because in such situation an epidemic cannot be ruled out after using such water. देल्ही जल बोर्ड - दिल्ली जल बोर्ड का पानी गंदा आ रहा है

सर हमारे घर के न.[protected], एरिया कोड: ए-1/ लाजपत नगर, 752 सनलाइट कॉलोनी न.2, वॉर्ड न. 156, हरी नगर आश्रम, नई दिल्ली 110014, मे दिल्ली जल बोर्ड का पानी पिछले 5 दिनो से सीवर के पानी की तरहा आ रहा है! जो पिछले कुछ दिनो से इतना गंदा हो गया है की उसको इस्तेमाल करने मे घर के कई सदस्यो को महामारी के जेसी समस्या होने लगी है? अगर पानी इसी तरहा से गंदा आता रहा तो किसी ना किसी को हॉस्पिटल मे दाखिल करना पड सकता है! अंत आपसे अनुरोध है की आप इस समस्या का जल्दी कोई हल निकाले.
