I had applied for mutation of water connection in DJB office, sector 6, Vishram Chock, Rohini, Delhi to ZRO/NW 2/471 vide diary no 876 dated 6/2/14. I have taken a new connection in October 2012 and paid all dues vide bill no 177065 dated 23 October 2012, but till date I have not received the bill. New pipeline was laid behind our house no C 473, Chittaranjan Park, New Delhi -19. While laying the new pipeline, the labours broke the sewage line and left without informing us.In the morning, we realised that the sewage is blocked and it is overflowing. We contacted the DJB office but did not get any satisfactory reply. The labour again came and started excavation for pipeline connection but it was again left without completing the job....

ir, We are the residence of Gali NO.-3, Laxmi nagar, Delhi 92. The water supply by your company since last 20 Jan. is very undrinkable, bad smell liking some sever water supply.
