    Respected sir/madam I am a resident in Karo Bagh area. We are suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from last one week which cannot be used for any purpose.         dear sir i have received the bill from 10th September to 2nd Feb 2015 on dated 15 Feb 2015.In the bill final current meter reading mentioned is 384 as on dt 02/02/2015, however on dated 16/03/2015 the actual reading is 324. Please note that due to wrong reading you have sent the high bill amount which is not acceptable to me. I request you to kindly recheck the meter reading and send the revised bill so that i can make payment. Refer our previous bill where there was no such type of consumption.           Water supply Raj Nagar Part 2, Palam Colony

          We are still waiting for water supply after that started the new plant Dwarka, but no supply till only it has highlighted in media. Some water tankers are going on but not possible that we could fill water daily basis, because we are working on somewhere. There are no any facilities from your side that can provide water to us as other ways. I request you please do something for us....

          Dear Sir, I am a resident of West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi at road no. 51. Our road no. 51 and road no. 42 are sharing the same back lane. The resident of house no. 87 road no. 42 having a basement is draining all the sewer water not in the sewer line but draining all at the back lane for more than 45 days. Lot of requests to these people have been made but they are not taking proper actions by which the back lane is now turned up very stingy and unhygenic. As these are the people who are creating bad viral infections due to which even my family members are getting ill and many more near by. A lot of compliant to delhi jal board and mcd dept has also been made but no action taken till now. If this is going to be the same there will be many more cases of bad health for people. I dont why the higher authorties are not taking strict actions against these people and let them playing with someone life like this. Its my request to take strict action against the matter and help us to revive us back in the good health. Thanks

Inspite of complaining so many times we dint got any response. It is a very serious issue as all of the street is filled with that dirty water, and its difficult to live in such surroundings.                           Dirty Water Supply at Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar

                          From Past 3 days we are getting extremely dirty water seems like sever water at our house D-54, 2nd Floor, Street No-6, Old Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar. It is completely unusable water and harmful also, We can not use it for routine work or drinking. We have no water from past three days, Please look into this and get it fixed....

                          Dear sir, I am resident of B140 Hari Nagar Clock Tower, New Delhi. For last so many months i am getting bill where meter is shown stopped and charged on the basis of average. I have requested DJB meter reader number of times in the past and visited office too but it seems a uphill task to get the meter repaired replaced as the case may be as plumberand DJB official all to be coordinated to setthe things right. Is it not possible DJB should itself fix the problem instead of making the customer to run hulter skulter and getting no result.I request the appropriate authority to look into this and get the things regularised. *Mrs.Promila W/o Anil Kumar

                            I am Balkrishan aggarwala from 73-74, first floor, PKT-22, SEC-24 Rohini delhi in our house sewer water is coming from 1 week there is new born baby in our home from the sewer water he is getting ill and rest of the family is also getting ill there is no water to drink who will be responsible if anyone will get ill .                                 The water bill dated 6 mar -2015 falsely shows the meter reading date as 17 jan. while in fact the reading was taken in last week of february. This method of misappropriating the date of reading and making consumers pay higher and inflated charges for the period amounts to dishonest malpractice and cheating. We refuse to pay this bill unless the date and reading are not corrected.

                                  My New K.No. is [protected] and My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am receiving SMS by Delhi Jal Board at every new generated bill " The meter is not read for the Ist or 2nd or 3rd or 4th consecutive times " and on the Bill it is written PLOC (PREMISES LOCKED) whereas My premises is never locked as the water meter is in open place (VARANDAH). MOREOVER I am not receiving hard copy of the Water Bill, it is being intimated to me through SMS only. Kindly look into the matter.

                                    Sir... We live at H block, govt quarters, Sriniwaspuri, new Delhi Here drinking water doesn't come. The water which supplied is not drinkable. The amount of TDS found in the water is 872 (checked by us) Pls ensure us to supply good quality water. We will be very grateful to u.
