      Hi DJB, This is to inform you that since a very long time we are facing the sewer over flow issue, and one of them has broken as well. Inspite of complaining so many times we dint got any response. It is a very serious issue as all of the street is filled with that dirty water, and its difficult to live in such surroundings.         Dear Sir/Madam/Government of Delhi ( if they can read or hear) from the revision of Delhi Jal board from Feb-15 Water Bills are more than expected and impacting heavily on common men pocket i am living in 313- C Mayur Vihar Phase-1 my last bills we around 500-700 at Max but now Water bill has crossed all the limit after the revision and formation of new government I want to appeal the new government, please don't break back bone of common men from middle class plz. review the bills and get them correct regards AK [protected]

          Dirty Water Supply at Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar

          From Past 3 days we are getting extremely dirty water seems like sever water at our house D-54, 2nd Floor, Street No-6, Old Mahavir Nagar, Tilak Nagar. It is completely unusable water and harmful also, We can not use it for routine work or drinking. We have no water from past three days, Please look into this and get it fixed....

          Dear sir, I am resident of B140 Hari Nagar Clock Tower, New Delhi. For last so many months i am getting bill where meter is shown stopped and charged on the basis of average. I have requested DJB meter reader number of times in the past and visited office too but it seems a uphill task to get the meter repaired replaced as the case may be as plumberand DJB official all to be coordinated to setthe things right. Is it not possible DJB should itself fix the problem instead of making the customer to run hulter skulter and getting no result.I request the appropriate authority to look into this and get the things regularised. *Mrs.Promila W/o Anil Kumar

            I am Balkrishan aggarwala from 73-74, first floor, PKT-22, SEC-24 Rohini delhi in our house sewer water is coming from 1 week there is new born baby in our home from the sewer water he is getting ill and rest of the family is also getting ill there is no water to drink who will be responsible if anyone will get ill . So please do anything for clean water. Thank you

                The water bill dated 6 mar -2015 falsely shows the meter reading date as 17 jan. while in fact the reading was taken in last week of february. This method of misappropriating the date of reading and making consumers pay higher and inflated charges for the period amounts to dishonest malpractice and cheating. We refuse to pay this bill unless the date and reading are not corrected.

                  My New K.No. is [protected] and My Mobile No. is [protected]. I am receiving SMS by Delhi Jal Board at every new generated bill " The meter is not read for the Ist or 2nd or 3rd or 4th consecutive times " and on the Bill it is written PLOC (PREMISES LOCKED) whereas My premises is never locked as the water meter is in open place (VARANDAH). MOREOVER I am not receiving hard copy of the Water Bill, it is being intimated to me through SMS only. Kindly look into the matter.

                    Sir... We live at H block, govt quarters, Sriniwaspuri, new Delhi Here drinking water doesn't come. The water which supplied is not drinkable. The amount of TDS found in the water is 872 (checked by us) Pls ensure us to supply good quality water. We will be very grateful to u.

                        Dear sir Ibeg to say that iam residence of govindpuri kalkaji gali no 13 house no 1382 regarding note wrong meter reading and wrong bill few month delhi jal board has change a old meter and that time my old meter reading is 905 and they note them 1905 note wrong reading and this time my bill is 1 month bill is 54 thousands and thats is wrong bill my previous reading is 854 and my connection no is [protected] so i requsted you that please correct my meter reading .                           Complain from Asalatpur Village, Janakpuri-West from the last two days when the heavy rainfall was came, we are getting water from MCD which contains very foul smell and dirty particles this is my request rather solve this problem or tell water ministry to come to my home and drink such a polluted water supplied by them MCD give water bill at time but no one is there to listen our problem this is very disgusting this is not my problem.this is problem of my block.nOW THIS THE TIME OF Mr.Kejriwal Sir, then also we are facing this kind of problem??Hope so, you will resolve this problem asap...

Meter No. M[protected] Previous meter reading 14.07.2014 - 06 units Current meter reading 16.02.2015 - 161 units Units consumption - 155 No. of days - 217 days Total billing - Rs. 2, 546.96 less: Arrear - Rs. 481.65 Net Rs. 2, 066/- Please note that I had made following payments during this period. 09.01.15 - Rs. 109.96 15.12.14 - 491.81 11.08.14 - 2150.28 Request you to please check the said payments and check the billing.                                 Dear team, i am very much surprised to received such a heavy amount of water bill for domestic water consumed for last two month. My KN No is [protected] in the name of Capt. Bhajan Singh Rawat. H. No. 17, street no. 19, bhagwati garden extn. Uttam nagar. My water bill given by DJB on average basis not on meter reading basis. I have already given the complaints through written and verbly but DJB person every time give us excuses but Till date no action has been taken and i have also concern about sever line charges including on my water bill. There is no any siver line connection in My area so why DJB are charged it on my water bill. You are requested to kindly take necssasary action and adjust my bill on actual water meter reading basis and all siver charges remove (adjust) my water bill on till my date of water connection.

                                  dear sir/madam i am residence C-103, Pkt-C, LIG Flates, G.T.B. Enclave, Delhi 110093. I want to inform you that my water meter install by delhi jal board athourity is not proper it is install wrong, reason for this the reading took by jal board person wrong, for that reason i am suffering from high amount of bill. Many time i complaint for that verbally and once i complaint in written, my complaint no. was 7581. after that i was assured by delhi jal board athourities to do it right. but soon after that they send one more bill adding more amount.
