Hi Team, This is to inform you that we have not received the proper water bills. The entire problem was the previous connection was in the name of my Father Late Shri S.N. Dewan, later we asked for the transfer of the meter connections in the name of Vijay kumar Dewan and Shri. Ramesh Kumar Dewan. Later on we received a letter From Delhi Jal board to deposit infrastructure charges which was Rs.128475 for two connections, which we paid on 30th May 2013 by Bank Draft on Axis Bank Rajinder Nagar Branch. Further to your notice we got another letter to deposit Rs. 2300/- for New Connection which was deposited by Cash on 17th Jun 2013. And after that we started receiving the normal bills and after that we received the recent Bill which was incorrect and we logged a complaint (reference number: [protected], [protected]) and then one gentlemen from Delhi Jal board visited our place took the reading of the meter’s informed that it will be corrected and Delhi Jal board we will resend the new bill with the corrections. However we received another copy of bill yesterday evening ( Bill #[protected] dated 30 Jan 2015 to be paid by 16th Feb 2015 for amounting Rs. 3428/- which was again incorrect and the account name mentioned this bill is also Incorrect. I would request to you please take necessary action with immediate effect and rectify our bills as reading is already taken by your service person. And send a copy of the new rectified bill on urgent basis if no communication from your side with in next 5 working days, then I shall be compelled to proceed this matter in RTI without any further Notification. Along with this I am attaching all required documents for your reference.     मैं सीलमपुर J-ब्लाक मे रहता हुँ और हमारी पुरी गली वाले लोग (मकान न.- 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 82, 83, 84, 21, 16) सिवरो के Over Flow से बहुत परेशान है, सारी गंदगी सिवरो के भरे होने के कारन सिवरो के ऊपर से ही बहती हैं जिसकी वजह से गली मे बहुत ही गंदगी और बदबू रहती हैं, हमने कई बार इसकी शिकायत संबधित कार्यालय मे की पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई व लगातार हमें इस समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं, जिधर एक तरफ मोदी जी सफाई पर ज़ोर दे रहे हैं वही हमारी पुरी गली मे इसका उल्टा ही हो रहा हैं ! कार्यालय के कर्मचारी ना तो ठिक ढंग से शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही करते हैं और ना ही ठिक ढंग से पेश आते हैं, अत: आपसे निवेदन हैं कि कृप्या आप इस गंभीर समस्या से हमे निजात दिलवाए ! आपकी बड़ी कृपा होगी ! !! धन्यवाद !!         our K no. is . [protected] We presume of getting higher bill of water as we are only two members in family and both o[censored]s working inspite getting higher bills than others who have joint family at home. Please get our water meter changed with new one to solve the problem as earlier with old meter we were not getting that much bill which we are getting now with new meters. These new meters were changed automatically by the Department earlier in whole of our Apartment in placement of old meters.

          This is for everyone to read that how delhi jal board harrase people by giving them inflated water bill i.e (without physically taking the reading). REF : K.NO [protected] V.K.JUNEJA R-772 A NEW RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 SUB : COMPLAIN ABOUT THE WATER BILL WHICH WE ARE GETTING 1 BILL NO :[protected] FOR RS 4119 PAID ON 26/11/2014 2 BILL NO:[protected] DT 24/1/2015 FOR RS 5299 Reference to the above please be informed that we are getting the water bill in a very arbitrary way i.e inflated water bill (without physically taking the reading) BILL NO DATED SHOWN METER READING [protected]/8/2013 1094 as on 29/4/2013 [protected]/11/2013 1321 as on 26/7/2014 UNIT CONSUMED 227 IN 15 MONTHS It means from 29/4/2013 to 26/7/2013 in 15 months total unit consumed i.e. per month water consumption is approx 15 unit per month and we are entitle of rebate/free water because our water consumption is less than 20 unit per month. We regret to complain to you that because of your field staff those are not visiting to take the water meter reading since 26/7/2014 and you are sending deliberately inflated bill.It is futher to bring to your notice that there is no question of keeping water meter lock if your employee come to take meter reading.As such sending of above provisional water bills are illegal and not acceptable.Keeping in view the above I ask you to refund the amount which we have paid to you on account of your sending the inflated bill because sending of bill without taking the water reading is illegal.                   Dear Sir, My name is Rampal Verma, Age 72 years, Resident of G Block 62, Saket, New Delhi 110017, My Water meters (Numbers: 2013A2166262 and 2013A2166265) are not working properly, Also it could be a fault on the part of Meter Readers, as i had an average bill of apprx. Rs.500/month since last 2 years, but this time for last month's bill are as follows: 1. Meter No. 2013A2166262, Bill Date: 19/01/2015 Amount = Rs.26, 393 2.                           Its very shocking that your department release bill alert SMS's at MIDNIGHT.Is it sensible to disturb the sleep of any person including old & sick.Such SMS's shall be delivered before 10 PM.Apply it on yourself & justify it.Its not the first time that I am complaining.But being Govt.job you are safe either do the work or not. Water is leaking from the DJB pipeline near the wall of girls school Kalkaji the wall of which is parallel to Nehru Place TWO email has been sent on [protected]@gmail.com but no action has been taken yet. Viewing all this even SC has said its not a crime to bash online non performing Govt.babus.

                            Attn: Mr.B.K.Chauhan, Sir we are facing blockage problem in our locality. Red Apple Banquet people throw there entire waste in the sever due to which the sever gets choked and over flow. After making complain to them they the sent there private employee's to clean the sever. who cleans the sever and leave entire waste outside the sever which is leading to foul smell and causing diffrent diseases to people who are working here. So its a request to kindly take a strict action on the above issue immidiately.

                              I have already submitted a complaint regarding over-reading of my water metre K.No.[protected] dated[protected] vide Diary No.4290 to Zonal Revenue Officer, Delhi Zal Board, D-7, Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi. As per my water bill dated[protected] the reading was 2064-ok status which was paid by me and my water bill dated[protected] the metre reading shown in the bill was 2192-Ok Status. But when I checked my water metre on[protected] the metre reading was shown as 2118. The difference of the same is 74 which is excess billing. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officer and metre reader to take the reading carefully and issue me correct/updated water bill. Regards,

                                      To, DELHI JAL BOARD E-17, old seemapuri Delhi 110095 Sir, I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy water bill. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our new meter is faulty. I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if I am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills.
