Flr.of C-105 M.P.Enclave Pitampura Delhi-34 have exceeded more than ten times than bills previously paid for no reason of any change at this end. The one paid on 26/11/2014 for Rs.3710 on line and the 2nd one of present for Rs, 3898 yet to be paid need your kind review The bill for K.No.of [protected] in the first flr.of the same house is Rs.380 with family as compared single member in gr.         Its very shocking that your department release bill alert SMS's at MIDNIGHT.Is it sensible to disturb the sleep of any person including old & sick.Such SMS's shall be delivered before 10 PM.Apply it on yourself & justify it.Its not the first time that I am complaining.But being Govt.job you are safe either do the work or not. Water is leaking from the DJB pipeline near the wall of girls school Kalkaji the wall of which is parallel to Nehru Place TWO email has been sent on [protected]@gmail.com but no action has been taken yet. Viewing all this even SC has said its not a crime to bash online non performing Govt.babus.

          Attn: Mr.B.K.Chauhan, Sir we are facing blockage problem in our locality. Red Apple Banquet people throw there entire waste in the sever due to which the sever gets choked and over flow. After making complain to them they the sent there private employee's to clean the sever. who cleans the sever and leave entire waste outside the sever which is leading to foul smell and causing diffrent diseases to people who are working here. So its a request to kindly take a strict action on the above issue immidiately.

            I have already submitted a complaint regarding over-reading of my water metre K.No.[protected] dated[protected] vide Diary No.4290 to Zonal Revenue Officer, Delhi Zal Board, D-7, Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi. As per my water bill dated[protected] the reading was 2064-ok status which was paid by me and my water bill dated[protected] the metre reading shown in the bill was 2192-Ok Status. But when I checked my water metre on[protected] the metre reading was shown as 2118. The difference of the same is 74 which is excess billing. You are requested to kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officer and metre reader to take the reading carefully and issue me correct/updated water bill. Regards,

                    To, DELHI JAL BOARD E-17, old seemapuri Delhi 110095 Sir, I am quite surprised to receive such a heavy water bill. Needless to say there has been some anomaly or breach of duty. Either the meter readings have not been taken properly or our new meter is faulty. I am quite disturbed how such an exaggerated amount in bill could have been reached. So I request you to have my meter checked and also get the meter readings confirmed. I shall be obliged to pay the bill till this dispute is settled if I am assured that the excess amount paid would be adjusted in my future bills. Our area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it. It smells like it directly comes from sewage. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue.                           Dear Sir/Mam, We have complaint many times for the pipeline destruction or destroyed pipeline in village bharthal, @ dada mota mandir from last 3 months we are facing a big issue as the water spreads all over near the tomb of temple which is around 125 ft. High newly constructing temple by this destroyed pipeline people in this area not getting water and also its a great danger for this high temple as it is under construction till now so i have complaint to authorities many times but no action has been taken so far, so i request to higher authorities to see the matter personally and do the needful as early as possible.                               I am the occupant of FLAT No: 87B, G & JU Block DDA (LIG) FLAT PITAMPURA DELHI 110034. There is one Water meter in my above Flat having connection no.NEW K No.[protected]/OLD WCN 45149-II/NW3/184/ A-13 ASHOK VIHAR DELHI .THIS METER IS IN THE NAME OF SHRI KALU RAM THE ORIGINAL ALLOTTED.BILLS ARE PAID REGULARLY BY ME. However another Bill is also coming in the name some one Shri Malik Chand in respect the same flat having address 87 B, G & JU PITAMPURA DELHI 110034 having water connection no. [protected]/ 45149/nw3/184/a-13 Ashok vihar . This matter has been taken up verbally as well as in writing with your officials/ meter readers.They assured me that I will not receive the fake/double bill in future. I am still receiving the fake/non existence bill. This time they(recovery officials) have threaten me to disconnect my water connection. I humbly request you to look into the matter and cancel the bill coming in the name of Shri Malik Chand. Alternatively I have to approach the Consumer Court Or RTI as the case may be.                                   I would like to draw your kind attention towards the working condition of your officers. My K NO is [protected] and I had paid the last bill on 09 Jun 14 of Rs 2354 for 145 units (05 NOV 2013 - 24 May 2014 Current meter reading was 370 and previous meter reading was 225 ). After that no one had visited our house to take the meter reading and we have not received any bill. We had tried to contact the related officer in your office for any solution but nothing happened, ultimately we have noted our meter reading manually (440 Unit) and decide to submit the payment accordingly. When we reach your office to pay the bill as per our meter reading (440 units) we came to know that as per your records on 26 Oct 14 we have already consumed 440 Unit and on 2 Jan 15 they issue another bill with current reading / meter status is 470 units and previous reading/meter status is 440 unit (which is actually our current units). We are still not able to understand from where the officer had noted our meter reading and where is our previous bills gone. You are kindly requested to look into this matter and provide us a solution, also please take appropriate action against the related officers so that we will not face any problem in future.                                       My name is Meena Bedwal and my K.No. is [protected] and my complete Address is PLOT-34, VIPIN GARDEN, i had cleared all payment of previous owner of that house and also paid mutation charges at pachim vihar delhi jal board office because to fill the mutation form they need the latest paid bill and i paid all amount and received bill by my name in month of oct 2014 and now i bill update on web by the name of previous aowner and amount they are charging to me is Rs.39000. now they are saying please log ur complain to nangloi water supply on toll free no.[protected] than i logged complain there as on dated 8-jan-2015 with complain no. MG3148 when they had not given any response than i visited personally at there office now the help desk person said to me please and submit all documents with mutation fees and paid amount Rs 39000. what the hell is this please take necessary again as soon as possible. whatever documents you want to recheck your detail i will provide but please being a common human being i cannot pay that type of wrong bills.                                         jo hamare ghar ke aage wala sewer hai uski line kahi se breack hai jiske karan sewer har 2-3 din bbad bhar jata hai hum colony wale chahate hai ki aap hamare ghar ke saamne wali sewer line ko main hoal ki sewer line se mila de jise humari pareshani door ho sake
