Respected Sir I am staying in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 Ashirwad Apartment. I get two times water which is consumed. I have paid a water bill of Rs 800/- last year 2013. This year a bill has come from 2012 amounting to Rs 7, 800. I stay in a rented flat which is not metered. I work in AAJ TAK and I want to know the reason what was the problem of having such high bill. Please explain and send me the details in this id(Niladri.[protected]@aajtak.com) as soon as possible. The Zonal Revenue Officer Delhi Jal Board (NW-II) Sector-6 Rohini, Delhi. Sir, It is submitted that I have received bill for the period from 14.8.14 to 29.12.14 amounting to Rs.10, 303/- for 270 units, to be paid by 16.1.2015. In this connection it is also submitted that I have a very small family of 05 members and my consumption of water is very low whereas a bill for huge amount has been sent. My average consumption for the last 15 years may be watched and it will be appreciated that current bill is on very higher side. Perhaps meter has spurt to many fold resulting in a bill on very higher side. In view of above it is requested that revised bill may be given to me on the basis of average consumption for the last so many years so that I can pay the dues in time. If deemed fir meter may also be got inspected and if requires may be got changed. I am a salary class person and it would not be feasible for me bear a huge amount. I want to inform you that my address is F-7/140 Sec-16 New Delhi and name is Savitri Devi and my new K No. [protected] .On my flat two bills are coming of name Savitri Devi and Ved Pal .The wrong bill is of Ved Pal and its K No. [protected]. First we have complaint on 1-7-09 to office of the ZRO (NW)II-RZ and also given the copies of position letter, they assured that the bill will not come again but the bill come again after this we had done second complaint on 25-6-14 in the same office. I am adding photos of my previous complaints copies, bill copy and my position letter.Kindly take some action regarding this problem. Thank you

But more than one month has elapsed no action has been taken on my complaint yet. Therefore, you are humbly requested to get the work done at the earliest. Early action will be appreciated. The sewer mainholes in a Gali in Mangol Puri B-Block from House No. B-1081 to -1040 are overflowing from last 2-3 days. For the same so many complaints have been filed in the local office of DJB but till date no action has been taken by the DJB officials. The condition of the Gali is very worst and unhygenic whereas the government is initiating the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan but no sanitation is being carried out despite repeated complaints. Kindly direct the concerned officers to do the needful.

Dear Sir Bill Id[protected] K No. [protected] My water Motor is damaged last 3 months and i did not use my water from delhi jal board, but still my bill is of rs. 734, and some of my neighbourhood who use the motor daily they got the bill of rs. 200 lumsum. why it is so? please tell me

I was received a bill No.[protected] dated 31.08.2014 amounting to Rs.31880/- without reading then I was submitted written complaint dated 06.09.2014 with ZRO, Sultanpuri, New Delhi-110086 to send a revised bill after taking reading. thereafter I had received a revised bill No.[protected] dated 04/10/2014 for 99 days amounting to Rs.597/- after taking reading and the same was paid by me on 21.10.2014. I was once again received a bill No.[protected] dated 28.11.2014 of Rs.1766/- without reading with late payment of Rs.1576/-. Whereas the meter reader has conducted regular meter reading by visiting at my house. Apartfrom above, I have taken two new connections vide K No.[protected] and [protected] for the second and third Floor respectively, but no bill has been received even after two times meter reading has been taken by the meter reader Sh. Satender Singh. In this regard, I have already been filed a complaint with ZRO on 20.12.2014 but no reply is received from good office so far. Hence, it is requested to give necessary instructions to concern official to set right my grievance at the earliest.

Re: K No. [protected] I have been complaining for the last three months for my defective meter which is showing high reading and being charge very high amount in my regular bill I am paying. My average consumption is 30 units per month whereas I am charged for 90 units which is very high. I have earlier given my complaint vide Dy No.1509 dated 18.10.2014 but nothing has been done so far. I would once again request you to get my water meter checked from Delhi Jal Board Lab and correct bill is to be sent for payment. However, as a gesture of goodwill I have been making all payments and request you to adjust excess payment in my next bills.

Hi Sir Request you to please assist There is no water supply in West Patel Nagar 8 block since Wednesday It is causing a lot of problems and inconvenience. Please help us, please. All the customer care numbers are not connecting

sir, It is bring to your kind notice that a temporary delhi jal board cabin is situated on pedestrian footpath on service road of nawada metro station, it become hindrance for commuter and create shabby look in and around the above area.Kindly remove this cabin as early as possible to avoid inconvenience for commuters. I would like to bring your attention about billing problems. My bill not come to time to time I live at L-10 Sadatpur ext gali no 42, delhi - 94. I dont have receive any bill from delhi jal board since 15 may 2013. There is no option to view my outstanding bill on internet. I already submit all paper and meter waranty card and no to jal board office. but they said your bill is not generated. the jalboard person never come to see the meter reading .i request you to please send me my water bill .because It is not possible for me to give the whole outstanding at one time. The problem is that sometimes the water is with some smell in it. The other problem is that of muddy water from the borewell in the area at certain points in time. Distribution system of water can be made more proper. To verify please contact: [protected]
