it has been observed that there is no proper water supply in some amar colony east gokalpur for the last few months. so many complaints have been made to the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far. A few days back the area MLA visit the area and assured that supply will be regularised and action will be taken against the concerned people soon. But we are still waiting the same.We request you to do the needful early.

    Respected Sir/Madam, We would like to bring to your kind notice that from last 3 years many houses have beenaffected by drinking water at street on addresses 194, 191, 190, 186, 188, 189, 177, 176, , 175 etc, Hauz Rani, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi - 110017. We have complaint even last year for the same. However, water department at Malviya Nagar is totally sleeping. They haven’t done any work so far and they don’t do any work whatsoever. If they cant install a small line of 15 meters then what can we expect from them? People like Mr Jha are making the image of Delhi Jal Board Down. The residents of the colony are apt to contract any disease related to drinking water, in this circumstance. Water crisis in our village is one of the pressing challenges which is getting worse. Sewage water is getting mixed with drinking water pipe line causing illness all over the resident. Kindly see that this has to be done as soon as possible. We shall be highly obliged if greater care is taken to replace the water pipe line on the mentioned street before it is too late and it is attacked by some germs in the form of an epidemic. We RWA on the behalf of all resident request your department to look into the mentioned issues for the welfare of our society. We hope you won’t disappoint us keeping in view all the problems faced by the residents of our area. That, new pipe line needs to be installed on priority basis from house number 177 till 194, which is approximately 15 meters. We, thank you in advance for your consideration.     Hi Officials,

    From past few days, we have been facing acute water supply shortage issue in hauz rani, 113 house no. Near choti masjid, Malviya nagar, delhi

    Water is also contaminated, we can clearly sense the bad smell in it.

    Request you to kindly resolve the issue at earliest.

        Hi, There is no water supply from MCD in this region of D-11, subhash park uttam nagar. we are left with no choice rather to purchase water from outside or use submersible water which is not good for use . Please look into this issue ASAP and add new water lines Also new houses build up in this area and water supply is still going at as per old system and no water comes in this region.I request the authorities to please look into this urgently.               We are resident of E block, KAMLA NAGAR, NORTH DELHI. For the last few days we are getting a very smelly and dirty drinking water supply. Some people have already suffered with stomach infection due to the dirty water. There is no warning from Jal Board regarding any cleaning work in progress. We are totally unaware of dirty water supply. we request Jal Board to look in to the matter on priority and restore the clean drinking water supply at the earliest. We will be greatly obliged.

                I am forced to state that the sewerage work being carried on Shamshan ghat road connecting Nangloi to Jawalapuri since 1st week of July is not seems completing in near future. The casualness towards this project has turned our commuting into nightmare. I must share my grievance to you again that the only road for commuters like us living in Hanuman Enclave, Rao vihar etc. is again come for a standstill. As I understand from discussion with contractor, they are only responsible for sewer work. As if the woe were not enough we were facing, the ‘nali’ on road side is also dug and ‘debris’ is spread over half of the road. I am scared of driving on my own road to my own house. Can you let me know how we can mitigate our worries or else you can let us know how you can help us the turmoil we are facing? On one hand the PM is starting clean India today, I am writing this mail to provide us at least basic commuting rights. In hope for your revert back at the earliest

                      Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention towards my Regular Water Bill which is always generated on the basis of PLOC whereas under no circumstances the premises has always been found locked for last 2 years. Probably it might happen co-incidentally for one (or) two times but logically can’t be possible to happen always. The billing amount generated on this basis is so high that it is nearly three/four times than that of the actual usage. I have been lodging complaints for many times but facing no response failing which I am here to write you. Therefore, I am requesting you to please adjust the overbilling amount at the earliest and send your meter reader to take the current readings always which is displayed in the water meter of my premises.                           DJB is pumping sewer water in storm water drain of Link Road in front of Central School, Andrews Ganj at T Point, Hans Raj Gupta Marg & Link Road. Due to continuous pumping of sewer water since last six months in storm water drain of road side drain of Link Road, sludge is deposited in drain & drain is filled up with sludge up to top level, water and sludge are overflowing over road surface during heavy rain. Road surface is badly damaged due to overflowing of sewerage water on road as well as in hygienic condition due to sewerage water near to Central School is also developed. So kindly stop pumping/ flowing sewerage water in storm drain and clean the drain by remove deposit sludge.

                            To delhi jal board Subject-no regular timing of water supply We are facing a great problem regarding the timing of water supply in our line. There is no fix time for incoming of water suppy.generally it used to come after midnight at around 1.30 a.m. it is really inconvenient for anyone to wake up at night and refill our tanks at night. We request NDMC to provide water supply in morning and evening regularly than providing it after midnight. We expect the reply as fast as possible.                                 Hi, Water supply department please look into this matter. We are getting water which smells like coming from sewerage ( sewerage water). We are not able to use this water for bathing even, we are spending money to get the drinking water from market. We are paying the water tax regularly. Please look into the matter and we have submitted multiple complaints but have seen any action from DJB.                                 To add on, DJB came 6month back to find out the issue and they had digged mud and stones are scattered on the same road. They didnt filled the hole and its very difficult situation to use the ROAD for commuting purpose as its been very dangerous to ride a vehicle not even a smooth walk can be persue.Please take an immediate...

We have raised this issue in Jal board office also but no action taken for this, I have just lost my dad last month so we would not be able to pay large amount in one go .                                       Dear Sir / Madam,

                                      I am living in sec - 16 Rohini & last 3 years I received the water bills from Delhi Jal Board regularly & paid the bills on time by me.
                                      But since Jan 14 I had not received any water bills & yesterday dt. 22/9/14. I visit Delhi Jal Board Office Sec- 6 Rohini & surprised to see the water bills which is not received by me.
                                      Then I paid the water bills with late fees immediately& register my complaints regarding this to Room No. 7 & My complaint no. is 2628.
                                      Pl. solve this so that I am not facing the same problem in the future.
                                      Kindly also look in to the Rohini Sec - 16 area where the House Owner use the DJB water without connection.They are not paid any bills but use the DJB water.
