With deep regret I would like to state that all my hopes regarding action on my complaint have been withered while i am writing this mail.
I am a resident member of yamuna vihar area.
I had filed an application for replacement of faulty meter at the K NO mentioned below on 31.01.11 & i was assured by DJB staff that action will be taken in 15 working days.
I am sorry to say that no action has been taken till the time of this mail.I understand that heavy penalty is being imposed in every bill because of non working meter.I have visited the concerned office of DJB office,shanti mohalla(Ph No.[protected] on so many occasions but in vain.

SUBJECT : REQUEST TO INITIATE FRESH WATER SUPPLY FROM SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI. TO OUR AREA TUGLAKABAD EXTN., NEW DELHI-110019.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH : -

1. That I, AJEET SINGH Resident of RZ–15 / 199 – C, TUGLAKABAD EXTN., NEW DELHI-19 is submitting a serious written grievance SUBJECTED :- “TO INITIATE FRESH WATER SUPPLY FROM SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI. TO OUR AREA TUGLAKABAD EXTN., NEW DELHI-19.

2. That most respectfully, I wish to admit a serious in grievance your kind notice about behavior of discrimination and exploitation by DELHI JAL BOARD with the citizens of Tuglakabad Extn., in context of routine water supply, from long time.

3. That it is to be noted that from establishment of our colony Tuglakabad Extn., New Delhi-19, only we, the citizens and residents of above said area are covered with shallow Tube Well - Water Supply from D.J.B as Drinking Water as well as for other daily usage.

4. That while on other hand, complete N.C.T of Delhi has been awarded with the daily fresh water supply from SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI.

5. That it is the matter of consideration that why the alone division, Tuglakabad Extn., in N.C.T of Delhi, is still furnished and covered by shallow tube well water supply for its daily water requirements including drinking water also?????

6. That it shall be notice that there is no such huge exercise is required or has to be done, for providing the fresh water from SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI to Tuglakabad Extn., because a water pipeline of approximately of EIGHT INCHES is operational and passing underground, from the green belt area of Tuglakabad Extn. (before the colony), just on a distance of few meters from present water supply tank cum booster station at same green belt area, Opp. Madhya Marg, Tuglakabad Extn., New Delhi–19.

7. That a small union joint of few meters, between the present water supply tank and the water pipeline (operational) can easily avail the fresh water to our colony. But no efforts was in force, by D.J.B in above said matter, till date.

8. That it is to be essentially noted that our neighborhood areas such as DDA FLATS KALKAJI, GOVIND PURI, KALKAJI EXTN., etc. are furnished by fresh water supply of SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI and also to be noted that these neighborhood areas are covered with 06 to 08 Hours water supply. But it is very unfortunate to submit here that tube well (Ground Water) water supplied to our area is often with the Gap of 03 to 04 Days, therefore our area residents are facing plight conditions due to above said. Ironically, Delhi Jal Board is charging the Bills from us of fresh water and supplying the shallow ground water!!!!! It is highly objectionable.

9. That I am also unable to understand the reason that why did Delhi Jal Board neglecting, only the area of Tuglakabad Extension, out of complete National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the subject of fresh water supply from the water supply pipe of SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI ?????

10. That this is important to note here in same context that REPUBLIC OF INDIA is a Democratic union, having its own respected constitution, called after THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA consisting FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS for its each citizen.

11. That - Part III - Fundamental Rights is a Charter of Rights contained in THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA. It guarantees civil liberties such that all Indians can lead their lives in peace and harmony as Citizens of India. These include individual rights common to most liberal democracies, such as equality before law, freedom of speech and expression, freedom of association and peaceful assembly, freedom to practice religion.

12. That the Fundamental Rights are also defined as basic Human Freedoms which every Indian citizen has the right to enjoy for a proper and harmonious development of personality. These rights universally apply to all citizens, irrespective of Race, Place of Birth, Religion, Caste, Creed, Color or Gender.

13. That Fundamental Rights, in which primarily the Six Fundamental Rights recognized by the constitution are : - (1). The right to equality. (2). The right to freedom. (3). The right to freedom from exploitation. (4).The right to freedom of religion. (5). Cultural and educational rights. (6). The right to constitutional remedies.

14. That while THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA provides the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN PART – III, ARTICLE – 14 – RIGHT TO EQUALITY Says Clearly :- “The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the Territory of India”.

15. That while THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA also providing the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN PART – III, ARTICLE – 15 – RIGHT TO EQUALITY “Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth” says very clearly :- (1) The State shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them. (2) No citizen shall, on grounds only of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth or any of them, be subject to any disability, liability, restriction or condition with regard to - (a) access to shops, public restaurants, hotels and places of public entertainment; or (b) the use of wells, tanks, bathing ghats, roads and places of public resort maintained wholly or partly out of State funds or dedicated to the use of the general public.

16. That while THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA provides the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS IN PART – III, ARTICLE – 23 – RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION - (2) Nothing in this article shall prevent the State from imposing compulsory service for public purposes, and in imposing such service the State shall not make any discrimination on grounds only of religion, race, caste or class or any of them.

17. That but unfortunately, all Fundamental Rights are violated. I would finally, like to draw your kind attention that the 75 % residents of Tuglakabad Extn., are belonging with backward class and of poor peoples, not in the position to raise and submit their voice before you, also due to lack of knowledge and other official proceedings. We all, including us, are victims of discrimination, disparagement, pulverization and also victims of exploitation by Delhi Jal Board and State Govt. and we need an immediate help and action on above said matter.

In view of the submissions made above, it is most respectfully prayed that: -

1. Kindly take immediate cognizance on grievance to initiate fresh water supply from SONIA VIHAR WATER TREATMENT PLANT – DELHI. To our area TUGLAKABAD EXTN., NEW DELHI-110019, with immediate effect.

2. Kindly ensure the daily fresh water supply to TUGLAKABAD EXTN., NEW DELHI-110019, which is yet supplied - with an interval of 03 to 04 days.

3. Kindly make ensure that no employee of DELHI JAL BOARD, can be able to harass the applicant, directly or indirectly, due to above said grievances.

4. That applicant may be apologized for any clerical mistake.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of H.No-295, F-block, Dakshinpuri .The drinking water supply from past 1 month has been very dirty and smelly. As a result, it cannot be used for any purposes like drinking, washing and cleaning. It is not only harmful but injurious for our healths as well. as may be some where sever pipe leakge now thats why water contaminated in drinking water pipeline. Please look into this matter and I hope an immediate action towards correction will be taken by the concerned authorities.

Still i humble request to you please look at this matter.

Sub : No Water bills are coming for the last
three years.

I ,Arvinder Kaur , resident of RZ A 23/24 Indra park Uttam Nagar Delhi 110059 , am not receiving the water bill for the last three years,hence I am making payment for the same only on ad hoc basis. No regular bills are coming to our building where six flats occupants are waiting for bills eagerly.

We Request to authority please tell the concern department to wake up and send the bills regularly and we want to know the our zonal water officers address and contact no. so that we could call him and clear our queries.

As the both Janak Puri and paschim Vihar officers are unable to tell us where are our account is??????????.

The members of New Gobind Pura have been complaining to DJB & MCD for sewer overflow in New Gobind Pura Chander Nagar-Delhi-51 since last week but there has been no response from either side.The resultant has been that our house outside has been drowning in sewer water which has foul smell that we cannot easily breathe as also has become a source for mosquitoes & flies.
Repeated complaints also have not brought any result. Please help us as the water will soon be flowing inside the houses.
Sheila Dixit or her govt does not seem to be fulfilling their dream of a beautiful Delhi instead it is becoming a hell Delhi to live in

SUBJECT: Non- Supply/ Short supply of water

I am the resident of Sant Nagar ( East Of Kailash), New Delhi, Flat No. 180 G.F. I would like to inform you that I am facing acute water shortage problem in our area/ locality. It has been more than three months since there is either short supply (only 20 to 25 minutes in 24 hours ) or absolute no supply of water in our area. Even during short supply period, the water flow discharge is so bleak that one can hardly make any storage for the day’s natural needs. I have made numerous complaints but all in vain & no heed is paid towards our problems and moreover we are being forced to live with an unwanted/ faulty system. It has become now impossible for me to survive in short/ non supply water zone. It has become a routine for me to spent most of the time in the early morning ( right from 4.00 A.M. to 7.00 A.M.) in buying and searching of water. I keep on contacting daily on telephone concerned J..E. as well other senior officer of this area and apprise them about the situation as narrated above but yet to see any rectification in the water supply system. It is highly regretted to inform you that most of the time I am forced to buy Tankers (Rs. 800/- to Rs.1300/-Per Tanker) which is not a small as well as an easily affordable amount for a common civilian for the water like commodity.
In addition to above I would like to bring following points also in limelight:
1. My area is located in the rear vicinity of Nehru Place Metro station and an adjacent Huge AASTHA Park to the station.
2. There is Metro work going on around Nehru Place Metro station and probably the construction work is being fed with the water which is supplied from the same pumping station as ours, may be the pipe line is bifurcated from the line which feeds our area.
3. It is occasionally seen the water pipe line broken in the above area and groups of labors relishing the free water supply which ultimately fills the park’s huge ponds/lakes.
4. There are other 2-3 locations e.g. one near Govt. School, Sant Nagar, where the water supply line is persistently broken by the unauthorized & unknown people every now & then and is hardly taken care of by the authorities.
So in the light of above it is submitted that I am tormented due to this non- supply/ errant water supply resulting into acute water shortage. I plead that some senior & responsible officer of the Jal Board must be sent urgently to the actual site and check the dismal conditions faced by the people of Sant Nagar in our location
I will be highly obliged if suitable action is taken ASAP. Waiting for a Quick Response and Action in this regard please. Thank you & regards.

We are resident of rohini sector -3 poket d-17/172 , reading men of water meter , reading men note the reading of our meter is 998 , when i checked all previous water bill i found that average of of our previous water bill reading is 35-40 k.l of every bill but i had recieved this month bill its reading is 187 it is too much excess & we checked our water meter today & find that reading is 845-850, i had recieved water bill of rs2500 / it more excess , iwant my water bill will be revised and we cant submited this amount , our previous bill is already submitted last submited bill date is 12.11.2010.

I am submitting complain on behalf of residents of KC block,Ashok vihar phase 1 delhi -110052. water supply in our block is very less and we are finding it difficult to fulfill our basic water requirements. we also find that water in our some near by areas is being supplied throughout the day .

So it is requested to do the needful so that we can also get regular water supply

I get frustrated when I receive Water bill. I received water bill on 17/12/2010 and found the following discrepancies:-

1. Bill payment due date 13/12/2010 received by us on 17/12/2010. However a new date stamp dated 31/12/2010 has been affixed over the due date actually mentioned i.e. 13/12/2010. Bill presented for payment on 21/12/2010 but told us to pay full amount of bill with surcharge and penalty as you are paying after 13/12/2010.

2. Water bill also showing arrears which has already been paid.


I found this problem regularly. it is my humble request to you to instruct the officers of the delhi jal board to give credit of our payments and send the bill before the due date of deposit.

Your cooperation will help us a lot.

Mr. Rakesh Kumar is not attending to the Delhi Jal Board office since last Eight Year. Corrupted Delhi Jal Board Employee help to Rakesh Kumar in Salary from Delhi Jal Board. Instead he spends time in completing personal business Famous of Modern Putty Industry ( Jhilmil industrial area shahdra delhi 53) And Ganesh Entreprises Ghaziyabad U.P. from Last three year and .The Document of the Modern Putty Industry Company has been prepared in such way that proves the company is owned by some other Person. But in realty the owner and Financer of Modern Putty Industry is Mr. Rakesh Kumar who is employee in Delhi Jal Board. And duplicate document prepared in the Name of His Wife (House Wife) and his brother in Law . Who Live in Dilshad garden Delhi for protection of Mr. Rakesh Kumar from any action. If Mr. Rakesh Kumar is not owner of Modern Putty Industry then Why He does not attend the Delhi Jal Board Office why all the commercial vehicle of Modern Putty Industry are parking near his residential area and why all the employee of Modern putty Industry deal and got cash for field work by Mr. Rakesh Kumar from 431 Janta Flat GTB Enclave Nand Nagari Delhi 53 and why the all record of Purchase and delivered material, vendor visiting card, cash memo and other important document of Modern putty industry kept by Mr. Rakesh Kumar. All the tax return of Modern putty Industry has been prepared in the name Mises Rakesh Kumar and Brother in Law of Rakesh Kumar Including Pan Card Details and salary(for Modern Putty industry employee) are distributed in factory in the name of Mises Rakesh Kumar and his Borther in Law for Protection of Rakesh Kumar. But in realty the owner and Financer is Mr. Rakesh Kumar as a result of which Rakesh kumar has saved lot of Property in the name of own relative like four Car, Three Motor Cycle, three Commercial Mahindhra three wheels Tempo(Dl-04-ntc0104) Two Plots (Land) in Karaval Nagar Delhi, And a Big Land in Harsh Vihar Delhi and U.P on the name of his wife three children and his brother in law family member., A Temple in village whose source of Income, Lot of Gold and diamond jewelry, Luxury Furniture and free handsome Salary with 6th pay commission facility, CGHS and other Facility provided from Delhi Jal Board & income through Rent by 2nd floor of flat no 431 Janta Flat GTB Enclave delhi . Now Modern Putty Industry supply glass putty all U.P. Bihar, Haryana, Delhi and some Part of M.P And Rajasthan This is to bring to your notice that 431 Janta flat Nand Nagari Delhi -53 was alloted Flat by DDA but the Owner of Flat Misses Rakesh Kumar And Rakesh Kumar occupied by illegally the illegal papers have also been got made and freehold in respect of said land has also been got done we brought the matter to the knowledge of Police on all matter but instead we are being threatened with life by the Police man who help Mr. Rakesh Kumar But instead we are being threatened with life by Mr. Rakesh Kumar and his Wife Anita also .we already lodged complain in Delhi Govt website complain no cmo/pgc/2009/529958 and in Home ministry website complain lodge no in GNCTD/E2009/00382 and in Director of public Grievance website complain no DPG/M/2009/80068 and DPG/Z/2009/90180. . In fact the matter has been dismissed after bribing & showing the False official paper of Modern putty Industry to the Central Vigilance commission authority &. Anti-Corruption Branch authority . we write to u with great hope & with the request to kindly conduct an enquiry this matter at your end & oblige. We are being threatened with life by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Pathak and his Wife also

Teaching is my occupation what I don't know what lesson I teach to my student because in Indai their is no law for corrupted people if you are corrupted then you have lot of property money and another luxury things.How I will teach the lession of honesty to my student.Because every law and police and security agency protect corrupted people through bribing like Rakesh Kumar Pathak who is Employee in Delhi jal Board and got salary from Delhi jal board without paying his service in delhi jal board from Eight Year because Mr. Rakesh bribing every person in Delhi jal who maintain his attendance register whoes help rakesh kumar pathak now Mr. Rakesh Handle his own Family bussiness factory of glass putty whoes factory is name on his wife Anita pathak she is house wife not take interst in putty bussiness in real financer owner and sponsor is Mr. Rakesh kumar Pathak just like Laloo Yadav and Rabari Devi CM case in Bihar.Here is no Law for Honest person in India if you are Honsest then every one Torture you and no law will help you because from last eight year Delhi Govt, Police, vigilance and Govt of India is deep sleeping and Mr Rakesh Kumar Pathak corrupted employee are getting the free salary from delhi jal board without any fear and through bribing. If Mr. Rakesh Kumar is not owner of Modern Putty Industry then Why He does not attend the Delhi Jal Board Office why all the commercial vehicle of Modern Putty Industry are parking near his residential area and why all the employee of Modern putty Industry deal and got cash for field work by Mr. Rakesh Kumar from 431 Janta Flat GTB Enclave Nand Nagari Delhi 53 and why the all record of Purchase and delivered material, vendor visiting card, cash memo and other important document of Modern putty industry kept by Mr. Rakesh Kumar. All the tax return of Modern putty Industry has been prepared in the name of Ms Anita w/o Rakesh Kumar and Brother in Law of Rakesh Kumar Including Pan Card Details and salary(for Modern Putty industry employee) are distributed in factory in the name of Mises Anita w/o Rakesh Kumar and his Borther in Law for Protection of Rakesh Kumar. We are being threatened with life by Mr. Rakesh Kumar Pathak and his Wife Anita Pathak also .

Now the owner of 554 construct 2nd and 3rd floor and applied a new connection and delhi jal board gave him illegal connection at 554 what is the purpose of two connection and why delhi jal board gave him second illegal connection so please remove these illegal connection. Hello, water bill for Nov 2010 for my connection came with much more higher value as it used to be, first the meter reader shown wrong reading, and prepared the bill accordingly, second the bill is generated on avg. kilo litre basis and they are not changing and preparing the bills on the same basis for the last 6 month.
Also in my area there is no civer supply available but in my bill civer charge its adding past sixth month.

Please help me on that.
