Dear Sir,

I am the resident o[censored]ttrakhand Enclave, Shastri Park Extension, Burari, Delhi.
There is no drinking Water Supply in this area . In the vicinity of this colony i.e in Kaushik Enclave Drinkable Water pipe line has been laid down by your department and supply of water to this colony is ok . I just want to know why this disparity is going on despite the fact that our colony is older that Kaushik Enclave. Further Please provide me the status as how much time DJB will take for laying of the Drinkable pipe line in my colony.

THE SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF STREET NO 45 TRI NAGER IS CHOKED FOR THE LAST MANY MONTHS . INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINTS NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TO CLEAN THE SEWERE
LINES BY MACHINE. ONLY MANUALY ATTAMPTES ARE MADE WHICH HAS NO RESULTS.
MY HOUSE NO 746 GETS FILLED BY THE BACK WATER OF CHOCKED LINES MAKING MY FAMILY LIFE HELL.

DAMAGED WATER PIPE LINE LEAKAGE FROM WATER PIPE LINE
Local underground Water supply Pipeline laid besides the road side has been brusted and during Morning & Evening when water supply restored, the valuable water over flows from the leakage point and lot of valuable water is unecessarily is flowing. This leakage must be supplying poluted water to the residents. This clean water prone to breeding to DENGU MOSQUITOS also.
Because of the leakage water the land of that part is damaged and the water is also affect the houses of the both side.
The leakage is becoming heavier each day and it leaks in morning and evening when the fresh water supply comes.
You are requested to send your Engineer - Complaint attending team at the following address to immediately stop the leakage of valuable water.

I am a resident of Pocket-A, Siddartha Extension, New Delhi-110014 and an advocate by profession. We have been provided by dirty and stinky water since almost two weeks.The water coming from taps smell like an open-gutter. Even when the water is boiled (for making it consumable/fit for drinking) it stinks even more and becomes pale yellow in colour.
The dirty water is causing various ailments like food indigestion, skin allergies etc. We have informed our RWA-President regarding our plight but not much heed has been paid.
We would request Delhi Jal Board to please do the needful, without causing any further delay and get the pipelines checked for any mixing/leakages of sewerage pipes with the drinking water pipes.
If the supply of such water continues in our area then it may lead to spreading of other dangerous water-borne diseases, thereby adding to the plight of already disdained residents.

pipe dammage between gali no-4 & gali no-8 , 25 futa road, B block, mukand pur part-2 , delhi-110042 . As there no passage for the water to flow out of the plots water logging area over 2500 gaj water increse day by day please repair the pipe, this is creating a heaven for the mosquito in the nereby areas. There is possibility of dengue and malaria.
Sir kindly look into the matter and direct the concerned officials to take necessary action as soon as possible.

I am a resident of sector-4,R.K.Puram and would like to bring the notice of concerned authority towards consistent leakage o[censored]nderground supplyline of water nearby chrch are at sector-4, R.K.Puram.
The problem is pertaining from last one week but no body have turned.
Something quick is required to be done regarding it as it is causing consistent water logging on the road and side by it causing generations of insects such as mosquitos etc.

Please take quick action.

there are so many water waste on gali no 4 /3 to touch gali no 9, 25futa road , mukand pur ,extn-2 delhi 110042 due to damage pipe line there are no passeg of water so level increge day by day. plz repair as soon as possible.

· Bill No.123286 dated 14/09/2009 relating to Water connection No.48315 for Rs.275/- was paid on 23/09/2009 well before due date at Shalimarbagh PO(110088), counter No:1,OP-code:DAYA . But the same was not accounted for in the books of DJB.
· Next bill No.241874 dated 25/11/2009 carried the arrears of this bill alongwith surcharge. When I showed the paid bill in the said post office, they accepted the payment of the new bill after reducing the arrear amunt.
· However, the next bill after this, No.339093 dated 02/03/2010 again added the arrears of the Sep-09 bill in the new bill wjith more surcharge. This time I went to their Ashok Vihar water tank main office and showed the paid bills. They accepted the new payment after reducing the arrears.
· But surprisingly again the following bill No.62414 dated 28/06/2010 carried the arrears of the Sep-09 bill with added surcharge. Again I went to their main Ashok Vihar water tank office and asked them why this is happeing again and again. They accepted the payment after reducing the arrears and told me to give a letter addressed to Zonal Revenue officer, NW III, Ashok Vihar, Delhi-52 explaining the whole position and attach a copy of the paid Sep-09 bill with receipt. I did so and took an acknowledgement and thought that every thing would be ok now.
· But to my utter dismay, the latest bill No.117992 dated 01/10/2010 received recently again carries the Sep-09 load with all the previous and new surcharge. I am totally at a loss to understand what to do. One official removes the arrears after seeing the proof of payment, the other adds them back without asking anybody. One may ask whether there is any accounting system in DJB or not? And whether they ever tally their accounts with their collection centers or not? And if any mistake is detected, whether they should not correct it themselves or expect the consumer only to run to their offices for getting the mistakes corrected? A consumer’s duty is over as soon as he pays the bill. Getting payment entry updated in DJB books is not his headache. I am an old person of over 70 years with heart problem and cannot run again and again to DJB office for this purpose. I think it would be far better to pay, even though it would be double payment, than to smash my head against DJB wall.

I am one of the resident of Chauhan Banger which comes under the Yamuna vihar area.
Our Chauhan Banger area is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past one week which is
not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.
It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming
a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.If its not been corrected urgently then people may died also.

This is regarding Excess Bill received. My monthly avg. wager bill comes to 100-150. But my latesed water bill amount of Rs. 800/- something, but I paid the bill on dtd. 26.8.2010, in Seelampur, DJB office. And my wager meter condition is OK and my meter changed on dtd. 7.4.2009, but in bill show condition STOPPED, and do not check the meter reding any person past one year ago.
We have contacted the Delhi Jal Board office in Seelampur, but they are not able to help us, and compl. Diary no. 3479 and 3480. And some bill are add lage charges, details given us under.

this is my third complaint regarding mal-functioning of sewage system in POCKET C-8, SECTOR-8, ROHINI. I HOPE MY COMPLAINTS DO NOT GO TO BLACK HOLE.

OF LATE MCD IS CHARGING SEWAGE CHARGES FROM THE RESIDENTS. CAN DJL GIVE US SUITABLE SERVICE.

WILL ANYONE REPLY OR AT LEAST ACT?

there is utter failure in the functioning of sewerage system in POCKET C-8, SECTOR-8, ROHINI, for the last 4 weeks. due to blockages and overflow and stagnent filthy water resulted in musquito breeding. several persons are affected by viral/dengu feaver. CAN ANYONE FROM DELHI JAL BOARD ATTEND TO THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.

CAN I GET ACK FOR THIS COMPLAINT?

I got the new water connection no. 16965-N-II dated 14 may 2007 but I have not received first bill till date . I have already given written complaint to Z.R.O. of Mukherjee Nagar on 8-6-2010,but their is no reply for the same. please do the needfull.

The sewerage ia overflowig in our at A Block Mansa Ram Park Uttam Nagar N Delhi-59.for the last 3 months. We have complained many times to DJB officials including Sh Haider Ali J.E and Exen Sh P.K.Jain but every time we are getting false assurances and nothing concrete is being done.There is very much foul smell in the area and creating hazardous health problem including Dengue.But the concerned officials are not paying heeds to our complaints,inspite of our repeated complaints by E mails as well as by telephone.They say that Trunk is filled and it does not fall in their area of operation and moreover the funds required for that have not been sanctioned and thus they are playing with the health of residents.Please do some on concrete basis and clean the area of this mess.

Dear Sir ,
This is to inform you that we are having a huge amount o[censored]nauthorized water connections in our area BABA FARID PURI , WEST PATEL NAGAR NEAR 26 BLOCK WEST PATEL NAGAR. Due to these unauthorized connections half of the others locality is suffering from the shortage of water supply. Many of the people are having 2 or more than 2 connections which are totally illegal & unauthorized. As from the last 3 months we are daily visiting all the water offices of our concern zone from (west patel nagar , moti nagar , Punjabi bagh ) & no actions been taken by the concerned people as well junior engineer. due to these unauthorized connections the other half of the locality is not getting sufficient water & the water which is coming is a totally waste water (muddy ,dirty & black water ) that cannot be used for drinking. The water which can’t be used for the domestic purpose as well as for others basic necessities. Due to these severe conditions which are arising from last 5 months it had become so difficult to survive.
We the suffering people of this area are gathered together & request the all the concerned to take the severe actions against all the defaulters of our area so it could become a lessons for other people also & they won’t repeat this illegal manner in future again.

I regret to inform you that the no supply of drinking water since 10-Augest 2010 .As the water supply is an emergency service, but there are no substitute like tube well, water vehicles. We have lunched the complain in [protected] complain no 600427 on 16-08-10,complain no 13701 in Telephone no 1916 on[protected] and made a conversion with Mr Chauhan ,J.E. ,DJB in Telephone No 27617609 but without any result. Most of the residents of this colony collect water from nearest MCD quarter, rain water etc. .

Due to the emergency is concerned; please take urgent action in this regard.
