Delhi Jal Board — Bad smelly water

We are facing terribly bad pungent smell in water which is grey in colour . Have repeatedly complained as have the sewage line close to the water line . Also shortage of water especially in our homes is high as compared to other areas . I have old aged parents at home and such bad Ayer can lead to health issues :
Please help . This is J block Rajouri Garden New Delhi -110027 behind the Gurudwara.
