Delhi Jal Board — Bill amount is high

Sir, I am serving in Border Security Force and now in Guwahati-Assam. My family is in QTR 201 sector-1 R.K.Puram from July 2009 and from till now my water consumption was around 30 KL but my last bill consumption is 104 KL which is not justified.Due to summer vacation my QTR was closed from 12 may to 20 June 15 than how water consumed.Sir please look into the matter and check how above bill so high.
