Delhi Jal Board — Bill with wrong calculation sent to us

This is regarding k no.[protected] in the name of vanita mehendroo. We received a message on our mobile that we have to pay an amount of rs.7, 073/= as bill amount. We have checked out meter today morning the reading on it shows as 104 only (Upto date). The meter was installed at our premises in december 2014 by delhi jal board. Since then only 104 units of meter is consumed by us. Below given is the payments done by us since 19/12/2014 (Taken from the bill copy available on the website) :
