I have received a bill no.[protected] dated 24/1/2017 Amount 1241/-(copy attached). But bill had made without Meter reading. My last bill date 18/10/2016 Meter Reading 00 Unit (bill attached). my new reading 38 total because i have new connection and this is our first bill .
