Sir my kno [protected] and my address is rz-239a d-block raj nagar-ii palam new delhi 110077, but as in your record it is rz-39a b-block. Raj nagar-ii palam new delhi. I have given all the document supporting my address in your office with application two month before but till now my address has not changed. Due to this no body has came to my house for meter reading and i am not able to submit my water bill. Please sir look into this matter so i can pay my bill on time. Thanks.
