Delhi Jal Board — complaint against meter reader

Sir, i consumer of your esteemed organisation vide k. No.[protected], and this metered install at e-169, sangharsh gali, near yadram mandir, east babarpur, shahdara, delhi-32, and meter reader wrongly noted readings and not in time, and mostly in irregular manner taken readings and also threatened to show high readings and demand illegal gratification, and dated 23/04/19, take readings and demand₹500/- for noting less readings and after that take readings 1622 and previously readings is 1580 on 26/02/19, and he can't take readings properly 60 days and intentionally taken readings in irregular manner only harrassment and due to this my credit about rs 3000/- deducted in wrong bills which was created by your meter reader, and pl. Rectify my above meter bills since january 2018 upto till date, and action taken against them, and also intimate to me immediately. Thanks.
