Delhi Jal Board — Complaint for change of pothole cover

I registered a complaint on 1916 around 15 days back to change the cover of pothole on the road right in front of my house as the cover has damaged completely.
Till date i have called up so many times and everytime they said that my complaint is under process and when i asked them to connect me to their senior then they outrightly said no for that.
I am afraid that a serious accident can occur if the cover will not be changed by you people because the cover is broken completely.
Hope some action will be taken soon in order to avoid some mishappening.

DJB water pipe line is leaking in front of MCD primary school located at sector 3 RK Puram. Leakage is on the main road between boys senior secondary school & MCD primary school. Plug the leakage to save the water from contemnation.
