Delhi Jal Board — dirty and highly smelly water

Sir,
I am one of the resident of f-block, dharampura colony, najafgarh, new delhi. From past one week, the water supply in our area is highly dirty and smelly which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purposes. No one can even think of drinking it. It smells like sewer. Please help us in this matter and do the needful immediately as it become a serious issue for us. Hope you better understand our situation.
