Delhi Jal Board — dirty and smelly water in karol bagh

I want to register a complain regarding supply of dirty, muddy and smelly water in our area. (14a block, w. E. A, karol bagh). This has been happening from a few weeks intermittently. Every member of the family keeps falling ill with stomach issues and diahrea. This is a cause of great panic for us. I would like to request you to look into this matter immediately.
