Delhi Jal Board — dirty and sometimes no water supply

I am living in kirti nagar and whenever a meter checker person comes i always say him that sir there no water or dirty water and there is no one to listen customers problem every person related to goverment official needs money for any work and then they say we dont know what to do how to do.. We love in a country where money is important not the person and i dont know i am lodging this complaint what action will be taken on this
