Delhi Jal Board — dirty water less with less quantity

I am a resident of 8/117 block 8, iind flr, geeta colony delhi 110031, its been more than 2 weeks we have been problems of dirty water with sand particles in it, there is lots of sand coming with water due to that people's motor pumps have stopped working, for that we had to get it repaired or repalced and we had a lot of money for that and thats not the only problem, moreover as per govt guidelines water is supposed to be supplied 6 am to 8 am and in the evening 7 pm to 8 pm but there is no water supply in the evening due to that we are facing lots of problems, kindly take some steps towards it and get it fixed as soon as possible

Updated by Jatin_88 Its still not resolved, it started to come but facing same problem again, i dont understand what jal board want from people, we are paying our bills on time, they dont want to provide water to people
