I stay at mohan garden k block and water is flooding out of drains till knees

Dirty bad smess water comes i'm tap even after paying so high amount for water connection?

High tech city?
Such water in capital of india?
Dirty water, roads are flooded with gutter water and you want us to say mera bharat mahan?
