Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Krishna Nagar, New Delhi -29. With due respect it's stated that my water meter no. [protected] is in perfect working condition, despite which am receiving excess water billing. I am also stating that me being a single occupant of the residential unit, it is not possible to get such high water consumption. Moreover, I was also out of the house most of the time during the mentioned duration. I request you to kindly rectify the excessive billing on the basis of actual meter reading which can be verified from the water meter installed. I have filed a grievance online and also given written complaint in the RK Puram branch. They told me that engineer will visit the location and will check the water meter. However, no one has come and yesterday I have received a notice from DJB. Kindly check this issue as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged for the same.
