Delhi Jal Board — Exorbitant bill raised on me k no. [protected] | |||
My consumption of water is very less and I used to get Rs.zero bill for long time. Now I received bill for Rs.2229 which is very very high. I have sent a letter to Delhi Jal Board but no reply received. It needs thorough investigation. Please confirm and send me fresh bill. Kejriwal Government allowed free water for small consumers hence my bill should have been Rs.zero only. Whey then such heavy bill as if I am using water for 24 hours. We get water supply only for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening and hence the bill raised seems to be a system mistake or feeding wrong details to the system. my water bill reading till 28th nov is 56 units which is under the 20 units free water utility scope. Inspite of it, a bill of rs 389 had been generated by delhi jal board.
Kindly look into the matter.
