Delhi Jal Board — Facing water problem last 49 days

We are facing water problem since last 2 month. After so many followup and complaints there is no solution from djb. Even after we visited at local board office. Official conveyed that there is no man power for repairing pipe line.
Is this is answer? Water is a basic and important need of daily life and in now days summer its importance is more.
