I vikas kumar (Kno. [protected]) is having issue with billing process.
False bill is generated without taking proper reading from meter.
My last reading for 151 days i. E. 19-apr-2018 to 17-sep-2018 is 119 unit and i have paid the bill.
I request you to check my previous bills and readings and generate bill according to it.
And please reimburse my bill amount that is already paid.
