Dear Sir, We observe higher bills of our water usage. Please note that we are only two in family and both o[censored]s are working. Being nobody in the house the whole day we get higher billing than others in our same colony who have joint families. With our earlier old meters we were getting right billing but since when the new meters are being installed by Delhi Jal Board, we are getting higher billing. You can revew our all previous bills with the current bills and you will observe that the billing is on higher side.
