Delhi Jal Board — Faults in billing

I am a DJb cosumer with K no-[protected] in the name of SUNITA. complaint is about the billing process without taking readings. They issued bill for 49 units for 244 days for the period 17 january 2015 to 18 september 2015 while actual reading for this period was 160 units. Latest bill for 50 units for only 34 days from 18 september 2015 to 22 october 2015. All the bills has been puzzled.No person of DJB does not come to take the readings and they issue bills by calculating the units ownself. So, I, request please take further actions to verify the misbillings and issue orders to concern section /department to correct the bills . Further request, kindly issue my correct bills as I cannot bear with the overflow bills as i belong to a poor family. I will be highly obliged. Thanking you Yours faithfully SUNITA W/O SH.
