Delhi Jal Board — Faulty meter and extremely high bill

This regarding my high water bill and faulty meter. I'm a senior citizen and my high water bill is accumulating every month. Inspite of complaining 100 times but nobody is bother to solve this. My meter is showing correct reading and DJB is putting guessed reading every month. I'm not liable to pay the bill which I haven't consumed.
Kindly solve this matter at earliest.

This lekage was running from last 7 to 10 days ago. please treat this as most important & urgent.
