Delhi Jal Board — Faulty meter for the last more than a year has not been replaceds despite numerous requests to meter reader | |||||
Sir, I am writing to you on behalf of my elder sister, sr citizen (72 yrs old), living in dda lig flat no. B-1b-29, janak puri, new delhi-110058 alongwith his son and daughter in law. There is a water conection bearing water k no.[protected] with bill id[protected]. The water meter is not working for the last one and a half year (Approx) and she is paying a bill for rs. 1560/ for three months. Latest paid on 6.6.2016 vide receipt no.5391. Terminal no.9339921, djbm janak puri-c-2, new delhi which is on average lump some basis. Sir, she is not being benefitted of 20, 000lts free water in a month due to faulty/non-working meter. Their consumption is less than the prescribed free 20, 000 ltrs. Therefore the amount paid by her is to be refunded and the water meter may please be replaced by the delhi jal board. We will pay the cost of water meter approved by djb or let us inform from where it is available so that she will also get benefit of scheme of chief minister of delhi shri arvind kejriwal ji as she is valuable sr citizen of delhi Was this information helpful? | |||||
