Delhi Jal Board — fecal sludge in drinking water

Water is coming black in colour with very foul smell having yellow fecal particles in it, not suitable for even washing hands. We are not able bath, continue our daily routine and forced to buy drinking water from market.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Updated by Pranav Wasnik I called all the Helpline numbers of Delhi Jal Board but nobody responded. Its been 5 days we cant even cook meal and we are at high risk of get infected with disease like typhoid. I am attaching one image of water supplied. Please help.

Updated by Pranav Wasnik Its been 10 days. Problem not resolved yet. I am attaching an image of water that came today. Its literally sewage water. We are suffering physical, mental and financial trauma with our health at risk of typhoid and diarrhea. Please help to resolve issue.
