We have raised a complaint grievance [protected] for KnO [protected] for this high Bill Amount of more than 5000/- of about 90 units ad we have paid bills since 2017 because we don't have that kind of water usage and nether have we increased our usage.
It has been 12 days the time we were asked to wait for a response and there isn't any.
After this we'll be charged late payment fee and could cut out water supply.
This is disgusting
