Delhi Jal Board — high water bill (bill has suddenly increased in last 1 year)

From last 3 months i was facing an issue wherein quality of water was not good have complained multiple times but the same got resolved last month only. I was purchasing the bisleri water from outside. On 20th nov have received the water bill of rs 12673, i was shocked to see such a huge amount of bill wherein there are only 2 family members and were facing water issue for which we have lodged the complaint multiple times, how come the amount is high. Have lodged the complaint in grievance portal as well but they have closed my complaint without any resolution. How come my usage has changed all of sudden in last 1 year.

Pfb the last 6 months bill history, all of a sudden how can unit consumed has increased drastically
