Delhi Jal Board — illegal boring in area, encroachment by doing boring, inconvenience for walking

In my area dheerpur near ambedkar chopal gali no -12, house no -100 did three time illegal boring.. And again he is doing illegal boring on road.. Because of his boring residents of gali no -12 are facing problem and not able to walk and can take vehicle to home.. So much extracted dirt from earth and water spreading in street..
Plz take serious action against it..
