Delhi Jal Board — immense water wastage in saket

I’m a resident of e-44, 3rd floor, saket.
There is a 3 storied building on the back side of our apartment.

There is a constant overflow of water from their 3 tanks, which begins daily at 6 am and continues for 4-5 hrs.

It is alarming to see thousands of litres of water being wasted daily from that building and this has been happening for years now.

Kindly look into the matter and get this wastage resolved.

We have already raised the complain on 17th october and the complain number is[protected], still no action has not been taken.
Also, my mother went to your office but nobody took it seriously, the officials there just sits and do time pass with lack o[censored]nderstanding and no willingness to solve the issue.
