Hi, I am Gabrial resident of Sant Nagar, Burari. My KNo. is [protected]. I am keep on receiving inccrect water bills with no meter reading in bills. I went to DJB office today in Burari area and spoke to one of the representative over there who told me that my water meter is faulty andit is not working as it is not advacing in meter reading whereas I have checked by myself and found that reads are advancing. Then he told me that mMr. Pradeep who is meter reader for Burari area confirms the same however since last 3 to 4 years no one came to our house for any kind of meter related issue then how come it is possible that my meter is faulty. I have paid Rs. 5270 as my last bill amount but still this time again I have received a bill Rs. 4072. Request you to kindly look into the same as I am very much irate wth these repitative issues else I do not have any option left with me to go for consumer court and media if I won't get any satisfactory solution to my problem.
