Since last five years no one is living on the floor, which this meter belongs to (IInd floor) . Even there is no motor installed and no other provision to supply the water to top floor. Where as the bill has come in high figure of 7970.00. We are a family of only two members and live on the first floor of the same house and we have been using / paying for the bill charges of the other meter that is meter no:[protected]. Request you to kindly lok into the matter and reduce the bill to the actual so that we can make the payment. Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
