Inflated bill: (Bill id:[protected] dt 17.4.2016 for rs 1526/-

(Earlier reference: grievance no. :[protected]; uploaded on delhi grievance monitoring system (Pgms. Delhi. Govt.In) on 23.5.2016).
I am sorry to point out that my earlier grievance has still not been resolved. After lodging my grievance, only once i got a call from mobile no.[protected], advising me to send the photo of the water meter showing the latest reading on ‘whatsapp’. Accordingly, my daughter specially went to my place on 29.5.2016, to take photograph of the water meter (Showing the reading as “423”). I sent the photo of the meter showing the reading on 30.5.2016 by ‘whatsapp’ on this number, requesting for the amended bill. Unfortunately there was no response. Now again a fresh bill has been received for rs 2790/- including the previous bill amount. I again reiterate that no one is staying in the house since nov 2015 except for 6 days of my visit in the first week of may 2016 and there is no water consumption since nov 2015 except for those 6 days of may 2016. As such the current reading remains same, i. E. “423”, which was taken on 29.5.2016. You are requested to issue a fresh bill based on the reading of “423” so that the bill can be settled correctly.
I once again request you to issue in future a minimum consumption bill till april 2017 as i am expecting to start living in this house only after april 2017 (After my retirement).
