Delhi Jal Board — Issue related to bill k. no:[protected] | |||
Greetings for the Day. Below mentioned e-mail was sent delhi jal board complain desk on 27/06/2016, but as if now no response from there side. Please help me to resolve this issue. "Hello All, Please find the attached file of my latest bill and last payment receipt which was paid on 27/05/2014 and after 2 years you guys are sending us this bill in the Amount of Rs/-12005.00. Even reading which was mentioned in the bill isn't accurate what we have in the meter and no body came to check from your side. So how it was assumed by your billing department that this will be meter reading and why the bills wasn't sent to us between: May/2014 till May 2016. Even I checked it before this, but every time your system showing me 0.00 balance, so sudden how you guys are sending me a bill of 2 years water consumption with this huge amount and one more thing my water consumption is always less then 20KL and I am always eligible for rebate, so how it is calculated. Please review it properly and let me know, also please send me detailed information about my water uses monthly wise or as per bill generation system and also brief me why you are sending me a bill so late.
