Delhi Jal Board — jonal engineer and booster care taker are doing partiality by not giving water to f - block in badarpur area

There is booster at by pass road near badarpur 110044 inagurated on 09sep2019 for it's all nearby area. But je and booster care taker have been doing partiality with f-block which is just 500m away, by not giving water to people of this area. People of this area have been complaining, requesting for water to them but they won't listen to them. And as others f-block has also been facing a water scarcity for years at a very large scale. So please look into this matter and resolve the water problem.
