Ref. my K no. [protected], I am receiving my bill very late which has already been reported to you before. Today (11.02.2014) I have received my water bill at about 1.30 pm which says the Bill Due Date is 11.02.2015.
Please advise how can a person can make the payment so fast and instead of consumer who should be penalised.
You can check from record that for negligence at your end we have been penalised. So enough is enough
Please note that till get a proper reply from you with a revised bill, I will not make any payment.
