Delhi Jal Board — low-pressure water supply

I, am resident of a-388, gali no 19, i. P. Colony, nathu pura, burari.
Sir, my residence is last in our colony, due to this resident of street no 16-19 are not getting water hardly 5-10 minutes during summer for last 4 year. We are continusly complaining but nobody in the system who can resolve our problem.
Sir, you are our last hope, pls resolve our problem as soon as possible.
