[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — Meter Defective. Please get it checked from your laboratory | |||
Re: K No. [protected] I have been complaining for the last three months for my defective meter which is showing high reading and being charge very high amount in my regular bill I am paying. My average consumption is 30 units per month whereas I am charged for 90 units which is very high. I have earlier given my complaint vide Dy No.1509 dated 18.10.2014 but nothing has been done so far. I would once again request you to get my water meter checked from Delhi Jal Board Lab and correct bill is to be sent for payment. However, as a gesture of goodwill I have been making all payments and request you to adjust excess payment in my next bills. Was this information helpful? | |||
