Sir, Kai saalo see humare neighbor Mai ye unauthorized connection chaltavrahta hai.humare gharo Mai seelan aa gai hai .double connection unauthorized le rakhe hai.ek Ghar k bhar ek Ghar mai.pure din raat ye paani kaali chalta rahta hai.ise against koi action le jaldi hi.
