The bill is for a period of 3 months. The average consumption of water per month comes to 15KL only. Less than 20 KL is exempted from any charge. Kindly correct the bill accordingly.

After hearing from you the bill will be cleared as the case may be.
I would bring to your notice that the bill states that the meter is locked. But given that new meter have been put in place which has censor reading facility. Hence as mentioned in Invoice stating 'meter locked' does not have any meaning.

Kindly look into this issue as well.
