Dear Sir, This is to inform you that my water meter was stolen around 1 Oct 2016. My K no. Is [protected]. It was installed on the ground floor and my flat is on 3rd floor. Request you to file a complaint of the stolen water meter so that I can get installed a new one. My address is 1D, MIG flats, Sheikh Sarai Phase1, New Delhi.

We are getting dirty water supply at 3898 Gali Mandir Wali pahari dhiraj, New Delhi - 110006 for the last 2 days i.e. Since 12th jan, 2017 which is not fit for consumption purpose.

It is, therefore, requested that the complaint may be resolved at the earliest under intimation to me.
