Delhi Jal Board — new connection water bill penalty wrongly charged | |||
K.NO. [protected]. we received new connection water bill amount 28, 568/- for 100 sq feet plot. They charged us development charge and usage penalty charges. I went 2 times at Delhi jal board Burari the officer are talking badly and blaming to take illegal connection while we did not take any illegal connection. Today we submit the application for revise the bill. Disappointed with Delhi jal board staff, aren't supporting, early get angry, speak loud, don't give advice or help. Jan 17, 2018 Sonika Sakhuja's response My Customer k no is [protected].My motor meter is stolen.I ll arrange new meter very soon.please see into this matter.since I m not using MCD water please stop making my bill.Thanking you | |||

My CR Kno is [protected].My motor meter had been stolen for last year, since then we are not using our motor I want to complaint regarding this..I am not using MCD water so plz stop making my bill.I ll arrang new meter vry soon.

Some time Water supply is too bad it smell like sewerage water. Due to that lots of water got waste, waiting for good water.
It is serious concern we are not able to supply good water..
