I have got the new meter installed on 12.03.2020 and you have kindly waived off the arrears as per policy. Now i have received bill from the date of my installation of new meter to 13.04.2020 and the meter status has been shown as "stopped". The bill has been raised on the basis of 25 kl per month and the said bill is for 32 days and consumption shown as 27 kl and whereas new meter is ok and in working condition. It seems that the bill has been raised without noting the reading and is based on previous status of "stopped".in your system the "stopped" status has not been removed. Kindly look into this and withdraw the above bill.

Updated by vasudev ghosh Today I have received bill wherein again meter status has been shown as STOPPED. It appears that reading has been taken without visiting the premises and is based on old status of stopped meter. Kindly take actual reading and withdraw the bill as nowadays my consumption is zero due to locked premises since March 25, 2020.
