[Resolved] Delhi Jal Board — no water after installation of new meter connection

There is no water after installation of water meter with effect from 05 jan 19 and i have lodged complaint no 76119 on the same day. Representative of djb have visited trice but no water till date. I have also contacted your hq, area manager mr ashish bhatt and many other persons. Inspite of repeated request, there is no any action taken so far. Please do the needful earliest so that family may not be suffered for water hither & thither.

There is no response taken by Delhi Jal Board in spit of repeated request and contact to the authority concerned persons. Responsibilities have been given to the Private Company/Representative of Delhi Jal Board not so good to facilitate the service on complaint. Please instruct the authority concerned to avoid the delay, whenever, complaint lodged by the consumer.This may be given as notice to the Delhi Govt for necessary action earliest. In the last, do the needful at the earliest.

Delhi Jal Board customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sub Maj (Hony) Birendra Kumar (Retd) I have also contacted to Mr Prem Tyagi, Project Manager, Najafgarh Division on 23 Jan 2019 but no any action taken so far. Family are suffered for non availability of water at the house. Please do the needful earliest. You are also requested to inform the complaint to the Govt of Delhi, CM, who have hold charge of DJB.
