Delhi Jal Board — No water - again and again complaint occurs

No water supply for last 3 days. Lots of complaint has been raised with Delhi Jal Board but gets solution for 3-4 days then again complaint presents. No permanent solution is being provided. Nobody is cooperating. Please help for water supply regularly.
