Delhi Jal Board — NON GENERATION OF BILL

I have taken a new connection in October 2012 and paid all dues vide bill no 177065 dated 23 October 2012, but till date I have not received the bill. Meter Reader is taking the reading regularly but when he was approached by my wife, he categorically told them 'bill to aa jayega but uske liye kuchh paise kharch karne padenge.'. If this is the procedure of getting the bill than kinldy intimate me, otherwise kindly help me in getting my bill at the earliest, so that I escape being overburdened.
