Dear Sir,
First of all we thank you Delhi Jal Board Department for providing us Water Connection through K. No. [protected] at our residence in the month of September, 2014 and we have paid the Bill No.[protected] for Rs. 17084/-.
But, my complaint is that since inception, after payment of above bill, there is no further bill appearing either on Online or no service at door step. As We understand there is a provision of payment of bill on monthly basis, but since Nov, 2014 there is no bill appeared or received. As a measure, there is a provision of payment o[censored]nit wise payment which starts from 0-10= Rs. 2.[protected] and units 30 & above= Rs. 33.28 per unit + service charges.
Sir, In our case, as there is no bill received either both way physical or online, this is not our fault but the fault of Department, which we understand this is a tactics of the Department to impose heavy bill on the innocent customers. In my case, I am ready to pay the bill proportionate to monthly units consumed in a particular month, which you may kindly make a note the same.
Please do not impose the bill based on the total units consumed as on date, which tantamount to heavy burden in our pockets and we hope you will kindly charge us on monthly water consumed unit basis.
Also please request you to upload the bill on your website, so that we can see the bill on monthly basis, so that excess charges can be avoided.
Therefore, you are requested to kindly consider my case as a special because non receipt of bill as stipulated above is the mismanagement of department not mine, wherein I will pay only monthly payment (based on units consumed in a particular month & units consumed in further months viz a viz), if any.
Hope you will kindly consider my application and act accordingly.
