Delhi Jal Board — non supply of water by sonia vihar jal board: k. no [protected]

It is intimated that i, radhika devi, have a valid water connection against k. No [protected], at building no 21, ist floor, flat no ff-3, neb sarai, new delhi-68.
No (No) water has been supplied by sonia vihar, jal board, in my building since last 05 months inspite of repeated reminders/request. Please do the needful at the earliest.
